Please make sure that your mobile device has internet connection and you have enabled ELEVATOR CALLS function. You can test internet connection by opening a website in your mobile device's browser. You need to be near the elevator and enable location service on your phone to be able to call an elevator. Please be aware that elevator calls might not be successful due to delay or other issues in the connection. Please check call elevator to pre-defined floor for detailed information.
