You can temporarily disable the intercom calls if, for example, you do not want to be disturbed.
Before this procedure: Make sure that you have activated intercom calls during onboarding. Otherwise the functionality is not visible. For more information on how to activate intercom calls after onboarding, refer to Activate and manage intercom calls and nameplates.
- Open KONE Flow.
- Tap the Account icon on the top left corner in KONE Flow.
- Tap Notification settings.
- Enable or disable the toggle for Intercom.
