Change location

Your account can be linked to multiple KONE Residential Flow locations. The Home, User, and Intercom sections of KONE Flow app only display information relevant to the currently selected location. To display and manage information for a specific site, first select the location.

  1. Open KONE Flow.
  2. Tap the name of the location on the top of the screen.
  3. Tap the location you want to use.
