How do I manage my licenses?
Licenses in KONE Residential Flow solution are issued for digital key, key tag, intercom audio connection, and intercom video connection. You can view your license usage following detailed instructions in View license usage.
Please contact your facility manager for changing your licenses.
I have a new phone. How do I transfer my account to it?
Please download and install KONE Flow app on your new device, log into KONE Flow app with the old credentials, and go through onboarding wizard. Please refer to Register a new phone or replace an old phone for detailed instruction.
