Sign up for KONE Flow

To start using KONE Flow, create an account.


  1. Ask your building administrator or main user to add you to a KONE Elevator Call site.
  2. After you have been added to a site, the system sends you an invitation email.
  3. Open the invitation email with the email account you provided.
    Note: Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox.
  4. Open the activation link to create a password.
    Note: The link is personal, and it activates a KONE Flow account for the email address it was sent to.
  5. Read the privacy document, terms, and conditions, and tick the checkbox to accept.
  6. Log in to KONE Flow with your account.
