KONE Elevator Call has the following user types:
- Facility main users
Facility main users are invited to use the system by the building administrator. In a residential building, the main user lives in the facility or the main user can be a landlord renting the facility, and live elsewhere. In offices or hotels, the main users can be, for example, team assistants etc. Main users have the permission to manage elevator call features for the sub-users of their facilities. Facility main users manage their own sub-users using the KONE Flow mobile application. - Sub-users
Sub-users live/work in the building or use the elevators of the site. Sub-users are those who use the elevators continuously and they are invited to use the system by a facility main user. Sub-users may have the permission to manage elevator call features for the sub-users of their facilities if administrator rights are given to them by the main user or another sub-user with administrator rights. - Managed users
Managed users are persons who are not connected to a facility on the site; for example, in a multi-tenant office building where users are managed on the whole building level. Managed users can also be occasional maintenance technicians, cleaning service providers who are invited to use the system by the building administrator. Managed users cannot add sub-users in the KONE Flow mobile application.
