Enable automatic elevator calls for yourself or visitors

You can set up the elevator to pick you and your visitors up automatically when entering the building with a smartphone key, key tag, keypad, or intercom call.

1. Open KONE Flow.
2. Tap the Account icon on the top left corner in KONE Flow.
3. Under LOCATIONS, select the site you want to modify.
4. Set up the following settings under ELEVATOR SETTINGS:
   • Call elevator when I enter the building toggle switch enables or disables automatic elevator calls when you enter the building.
   • Autocall elevator for visitors (intercom) toggle switch enables or disables automatic elevator calls for your visitors when you open the door for them during an intercom call.
